Bike Service
We offer a full range of services and repair work ranging from replacing an inner tube when you have a puncture, to a full service.
To make sure your bike receives the right repair, we can do an assessment for you. This is a full review of all work needed and how much it will cost you.
We would never do any work without your agreement and if you decide to go ahead with the repairs, the £10 will be taken off your bill for any future repairs.
Full Bike Service
If your bike has been standing in a shed for a long time or used everyday and you rely on it for transport, we recommend a regular service.
We will check everything on the bike. We will change inner and outer cables for both brakes and gears, set the gears up, replace rim brake pads, oil the chain, pump the tyres up and even give it a clean.
If additional parts are needed e.g. inner tubes, tyres or disc brake pads, there will be an extra charge.
Training
If you are cycling every day or enjoy a leisure ride in the sunshine, it is always reassuring to know what to do if you have a puncture or need some other roadside repairs.
We offer a two-hour basic maintenance course that will teach you how to maintain your bike on a regular basis, check for any potential problems and carry out basic roadside repairs.
This can be delivered on a one-to-one basis or to a small group of up to six people. Please contact the shop for more information.
